Q: Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is individually crafted. Slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India only.

Q: When will my order ship?

  • ​In-stock items: 5–7 working days

  • Pre-orders / made-to-order: 4–6 weeks

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once dispatched.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?

Email us within 48 hours with photos/videos of:

  • The damaged piece

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will replace it if the item is in stock or refund you if it's not.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

No. We only offer replacements/refunds for items damaged during delivery.

Q: Are shipping charges refundable?

No, unless the damage was caused due to our packaging failure

Q: Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations once an order is placed.

Q: Do you keep my information safe?

Yes. We store data securely on Wix and share only what's required with payment gateways and courier partners.
