Shipping

Each piece is packed safely and shipped through trusted courier partners across India.

• Ready-to-ship pieces: Dispatched in 7-15 business days

• Pre-orders: Made after purchase and dispatched in 5–7 weeks

Shipping time begins after dispatch, not from the date of order. Tracking will be shared by email once your parcel is on its way.

No cash on delivery.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped securely with multiple layers of padding and boxed to withstand handling in transit. We do our best to make sure it reaches you safely.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Handmade pieces can be fragile, and occasionally transit damage can happen. If that’s the case:

Please email us within 48 hours with:

• Photos/videos of the damaged piece

• Photos of outer and inner packaging

• Order number

Once verified, you can choose a replacement or a refund.

• If we have the same piece in stock, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

• If it’s sold out or can’t be reproduced, we’ll issue a refund for the product value.

If you choose a refund even when replacement is available, the refund will cover product value only, not original shipping.
Return shipping (if we ask for the piece back) will be taken care of by us.
